Extension and renovation of a family home featuring stained larch timber cladding, render and brickwork.
A large two-storey extension was added to the side of the house to house a new Utility Room, Shower Room, Study/Gym on the ground floor and a new Family Bathroom and Master Dressing Room on the first floor.
A large single-storey rear extension was then added to the rear of the property to create an exciting sociable open plan kitchen/dining/living space that spills out on to a covered terrace/BBQ area blurring the lines between inside and outside.
A bespoke folding sliding system that provides for an open corner adds to this feel of expansion. There was also bespoke joinery design to suit the family's needs.
This was a project that I worked on during my time with my previous employers, HollandGreen.
"Stephen came onto our project at the tender stage, but really took it on as his own. He paid great attention to details, offered imaginative alternatives to issues we came up against and ideas that were achievable to elevate the house’s interior even more. We felt in safe hands when he helped manage our build."
