Extension and renovation of a family home featuring stained larch timber cladding, render and brickwork.

 

A large two-storey extension was added to the side of the house to house a new Utility Room, Shower Room, Study/Gym on the ground floor and a new Family Bathroom and Master Dressing Room on the first floor.

​

A large single-storey rear extension was then added to the rear of the property to create an exciting sociable open plan kitchen/dining/living space that spills out on to a covered terrace/BBQ area blurring the lines between inside and outside.

​

A bespoke folding sliding system that provides for an open corner adds to this feel of expansion.  There was also bespoke joinery design to suit the family's needs.

 

This was a project that I worked on during my time with my previous employers, HollandGreen.
