Extension, loft conversion and renovation of a family home featuring new slate roof dormers and frameless glazing features.

 

The client was looking to maximise the potential of a two storey terraced property.  We added a wraparound single storey rear extension to create a wonderful split level open plan Kitchen/Dining area.  We also maximised the space in the loft by adding both a PD loft and a section of the loft extension through planning.   

 

This was a project that I worked on during my time with my previous employers, HollandGreen.

‘I carried out a complete renovation of a terraced house in the centre of London, gutting the entire place and adding a new floor and side return to the kitchen. Steve designed and supervised the entire build. From start to finish having someone as trustworthy and experienced as Steve running it took away all the stress and allowed me to carry on with normal life whilst it was going on. During the planning process, Steve was quick to grasp what I wanted the look and feel of the project to be, adding some truly unique ideas for the London Property, which was helped hugely by the use of 3D visualisations that really brought it to life. During the build Steve kept the timelines and finances very much to plan and was extremely good at providing me with the key decision points so that I could keep ahead of the game and give the right inputs when required. Steve also has a very good eye for detail and really cracked the whip with the builders to ensure the quality of the build was top notch and no corners were cut. Extremely easy to get on with and a real life saver when it came to taking away the hassle and stress of a development, I will certainly be using Steve again.’
